    I think being an Alabama fan is going too far.

    Lol yeah, that's what all these Penn State tools said too. No vaseline.

    And Kifflin needs to be taken out in a field and put down. He was paid a RIDICULOUS amount of money to fill Fulmer's shoes and came nowhere near it.

    I heard they're playing Bishop McDevit's varsity team next weekend and McDevit has been expected to chrush them :>

    So my siggy(I refuse to say boyfriend, trying something new out) just sent me a text. I guess there are fans running through classrooms and campus yelling "tigerbait"----sorry jsgirl but silly geauxmers.

    Now the thing is WVU fans are just insane. We're talking worse than SEC. We're talking light their town on fire when they win a game.
    The rivalry we had vs them was actually cancelled because of the hate and how dangerous it got.


    You take an already contentious environment(HUGE out of conference match up) and make it worse with childish antics? When does having fun cross the iine and become dangerous?

    Another example of not danger... but just bad hate..Poisoning that tree at Auburn..
    It's WV. When I lived in VA and went to WV, I can see why the fans are insane.

    it's like other states where there isn't much other than a football team..just insane.
    he keeps texting me "you have no idea how violent this could get" he isn't there, I'm not there. I'm not sure why I'm supposed to be reminded what a dire situation this is. lol

    If you are old enough to rent a car, and are wearing a jersey any place other than at a game. it is time to check yourself. Likewise if you start to use the pronoun "we" for a team you are not on, there is an issue.

    yeap! They "we" thing has always gotten to me!

    That was about as much effort as I could make to defend State. I may have been raised in the Penn State Church, but my Cousin and I always supported ND just to piss off the family. Also, Bishop McDevit <- the catholic school in H-burg?

    In Montana we're fans of epic powder days. Our idea of "going to far" is the lies we invent to get out of work so we can go skiing instead.

    I think our High Schools still have football though. Class C, 12 man football. When your graduating class is 74 kids, its pretty basic.

    Yea, that's some good shizz right there.
    But it's a Thursday night game.
    I have only recently started nurturing my hatred for VT. Y'all weren't in the ACC when I was in school (graduated in '99). I'm looking for lyrics to y'all's fight song, though...I'm sure current band members have something up their sleeve.

    York and then Lancaster, but we'd travel to play hockey in random *kitten* places...

    CalTech and MIT rivalry. They always came up with creative antics.

    Aren't we getting a couple new schools this year? My husband mentioned it. Pitt and Syracuse. This is just getting weird. I miss being able to play every team in the ACC every year. My husband went to NC State, and we don't play them every year anymore. But we do this year! Next Saturday. So if you see smoke coming in the general direction of our house, one of us has set fire to the other's *kitten*...

    Awesome, I love that..it's good to have rivalry in family.
    Yeah I am upset about the new aquisitions. They're useless other than basketball, imo.
