Half way there! Looks like we've lost some people but great job to everyone for staying accountable!
How is everyone doing? What are you doing to lose weight/get fit? Certain diets or exercise programs?
I am trying to watch my portions and eat cleaner. I think I do really good 4 to 5 days out of the week, then the weekend hits. Uggh. I know I could be losing more if I ate better. I work out 5 to 6 days a week, right now I'm doing ChaLEAN Exteme and TurboFire. If it wasn't for that I probably wouldn't be down at all because I really do overdo it on weekends. I gotta work harder on that!0 -

For me its getting my portions down in size and trying NOT to eat my treats at the weekend...
During the week at work, I do really well with my salads or a healthy meal and eat lots of fruit and veg and work out 4 evenings a week and then Saturday night and Sunday night his....I get BORED and reach for anything sweet I might have in the cupboard.
I've been good and not bought anything recently but mum bought me a bag of Giant Choc Buttons, my fav....forgetting I was trying not to eat bad things....
I'm happy I lost last week as its been a long time coming for me. But I'm focused again for the week and planning on stocking my cupboard with healthy foods :-)
I have until Nov 30th to another 13lbs or so....so fingers crossed.

For me its cutting carbs
Oh, and hitting the gym 4-5 times a week. I feel better that I have felt in ages!! Still got a long way to go, my target is 154lbs.0 -

I just log my food and usually eat back most of my exercise calories so I don't feel deprived. When I get deprived is when I fall off the wagon and i don't want to fall this time. I workout everyday even if it's just a short walk at lunch. I've always loved fresh fruit and veggies, so no problem getting my fill of those. It's much easier now that I've been away from sugary sweets. Now I can have a serving (1/2 cup) of ice cream and be satisfied.0 -
No problem everyone! It helps keep me accountable doing this.
That doesn't seem to be enough though...no loss this week. I'm doing the workouts but I know I just eat too much. I love food.0 -
