I have been following approximately 1100-1200 calories per day, eating 5 times a day. It is working for me (I started 2 weeks ago) and have lost 7 lbs, so far (I weighed myself today instead of this coming Monday) .

Anyway we are having friends over tomorrow night, hubby is cooking Italian, Stuff Shells, Gagoots (italian squash) potted pork (pork in a olive and red sauce) Italian Bread...the works.

Anyway, my plan is to eat as normal tomorrow during the day so I'm not starving, and don't pig out at night. I am going to eat what I want, but in very small portions. I will go more on the salad and less on the pasta

I did however come up with a GREAT low fat dessert, thought I would share it with you all.

Lowfat or non-fat Ricotta
Cocoa Powder
Splenda
Vanilla

I whip the Ricotta til its not so grainy, add the rest of the ingredience and spoon into dessert cups. I put it in the fridge for about 1 hour then when I serve it, top it with a dollup of fat free cool whip or low fat whipped cream (in a can). If I can get them, I will toss a couple of raspberries on top....

Yum......wish me luck tomorrow.
