Long time off and on user first time poster. I've struggled with weight for the past 30 years with brief periods of loss and gain until last summer when I ballooned up to 255lbs followed by high blood pressure high cholesterol and heart palpitations. Since then I've managed to get down to 231 and lowered my blood pressure without the help of medication. My goal is to get down to my highschool thin weight of 175 by the time I turn 40(next April). Your success stories have given me motivation and hope. Thank you all
