HELLO I'M NEW and need advice

I am a mother of one and I am very petite/small frame and I have belly fat that I am unable to get rid of since my pregnancy, does anyone know what would be the best type of exercise to get a flat stomach? Thanks in advance :happy:

    Cardio cardio cardio and lots of ab exercises. Did it for me! Good luck!
  • I started to use like a waist trimme/ body Shaper/exercise belt while I was working out and honestly I saw the difference in two or three weeks, the more I used it the more my body started to change. I have to say that I use do cardiovascular fitness for about an hour five days a week. Good luck!

    Cardio, 30 day shred, or ripped in 30 are also good. Try eating a lot of fiber good carbs, and lots of water
