Way over on protein is this a bad thing?

Hey everyone i was just wondering if its bad that im way over on protein? its -47 and i also still have 247 calories left is this okay? just looking for some help!

    I dont' see that as being a problem at all.

    I try to get 150-200g protein a day, and don't really count calories.

    Some people get way more, some way less.

    Not really. If I work out, I tend to go over the protein allowance. It's actually pretty normal.

    Most people will go over the default protein setting unless you up it manually. Protein will make you feel fuller, and I personally don't know of any "bad" side effects of eating too much protein on any one day. I up mine, personally. But that's just me! I'm still learning as well!!

    Its not necessarily bad, Protein is used to create amino acids and used as energy in your body. It should be one the lower side of where you get your calories (More Carbs than fats, more fats than Protein) if you ingest more than your body needs, its stored as fat, or used as energy, depending on your full caloric intake, exercise expenditure for the day.
