ok, how are you guys doing it?

How do you guys put your sw, cw, gw... goal and mini goal... how do you guys do that? I can't figure out how to do it and it's probably something really flipping easy... also, Every time I enter my weight and stuff it asks if I want it to change my goals and stuff for the calories and I click 'yes' and then it doesn't do anything. Just keeps taking me back to the same screen over and over and over. lol Help!

go to Community tab and then find the signature tab and write them out in your signature. Thats how I do it...I change my current weight everytime I record my weight.0

To put SW, GW, etc at the bottom of your posts? Right above the very top post in each thread are text links - Home, Recent Posts, .. Signature is the one you want. You just put in whatever you want to show up in your signature!
Do you have your goals set to lose 2 pounds a week? If you do, then it probably tells you that you have 1,200 calories a day. For whatever reason, even though I lose weight every week, as long as it's set to lose 2lbs a week, it never changes my daily calories. I think it has to do with being a short woman with sedentary activity.0 -
You can see the breakdown of your goals on the "Goals" page found in the "My Home" submenu. You can manually change them there too. MFP will NEVER give you less than 1200 calories - you need at least that much to get balanced nutrition, but it will tell you how much you can expect to lose at the 1200 calories setting.
I'm only set to 1-1/2 pounds, and I manually go and adjust the calorie intake every time I drop a pound so that I keep the 1-1/2 pound pace.0 -
