Hi! I'm 38 and just joined so I can make healthier choices, develop better habits, and work off some of this weight. I've struggled with the scale over the last several years after starting medication that killed my thyroid. I'd love to lose 40 lbs by the time I turn 40! It'll be difficult but I have a good support network and I'd love to make some friends on MFP so we can keep each other accountable and peppered with encouragement!2
