I,m putting this challenge out to motivate myself.If there are people out there that care to join this is the format.I'm shooting for 9000 caloriesOnly you know what amount is a true challenge for you .So set your goals high .If you don't make it there's always next week.Do what's best for you! Have fun & stay healthy!!

I dont know brother...I've logged a bit over 8,000 calories in the last seven days. I will keep track and see if I make the grade !!!0

I've done just over 9000 this week so put me down for this. Highest I've done in a week is just over 15,000 I think, but I ain't working that hard if I can help it.

Tuesday - 6km Run, Plyo, Kickboxing
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - 6km Run, Biceps & Back, Abs
Friday - Gameday, Pad Work
Saturday - 6km Run, Chest & Back, Abs, 10 Miles Bike, Heavy Bag

Dam that sounds high.I'll be playing some golf & softball as well so let's see .Glad to see a couple motivated guys to push my *kitten*.Hopefully we'll have a bunch! I'll join! I am going to set a more realistic goal for the time constraints and my current level of exercise. I would love to hit a goal at 3,500 for the week, approximately 500 a day.
I plan on getting 1,500 of the calories burnt from horseback riding (approximately 5 rides). The rest will be from running and bike riding, maybe some jump rope too

How can it be out of your league if you set your goal for the week.You know how to challenge yourself otherwise you wouldn't have lost 40 pounds.Join us ...It will be worth it!!0 -
