    That I have carved 60 lbs of fat off my body and gained 6 lbs of lean mass (and still going). That I have gone from a size 24 to a size 14 (and still going)... and that I am standing on the top of Second Peak at The Chief in Squamish, BC... after spending an hour and 55 minutes climbing up 605m (1955') to get to the top of said Peak!!

    Oh... and you can't see (because of the joy of seeing THAT view and making it to the top in under 2 hours) the trepidation at the thought that I now have to climb back DOWN... But I made it!

    Unless you look really closely you can't see the exhaustion I feel after completing my first and only marathon! I ran out of gas around mile 20 and my right knee started aching terribly, but I finished altenating running a wallking. From now on, I will max out at 1/2 marathons. They are a much better distance for me!!!
