I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for 4 days now coupled with a low carb diet. Anyone else doing intermittent fasting?

Lots of people here are doing it. I've only been doing it for 6 wks. Others have been doing it for much longer.
If you have a specific question for discussion here, ask it. Otherwise, just do a simple word search for "IF" to find lots of threads discussing the topic.

Yep, been doing it for a little over a month now and I have seen amazing results. In May I was 225lbs, and this morning when I weighed myself I am at 200 lbs. So I have lost about 25lbs in roughly 2 months. I have been eating a low cal, high protein, low fat diet, while fasting for about 18-20 hours/day.5

I eat Low carbs due to health reasons, and IF, not intentionally, just happens from no appetite since cutting carbs. Low Carber Daily Forum group, is one I like on here.2

I started 16:8 about 3 weeks ago and the pounds are steadily coming off. I'm loving it.3

Sharing some 7-day average reports from my IF mission control center. The IF fasting streak is since using the Zero Fasting app. I’ve been IF’ing every day since the middle of September last year; it’s a lifestyle helping me keep my daily weight variation average to a mere 0.1 lbs. since arriving at maintenance on February 20th.

I've been doing Intermittent Fasting for decades. If it helps you maintain the necessary calorie intake needed to lose or maintain weight, great! Same thing with keto/low carb.
But know that there's no magic or special benefits in either of these methods. They are merely tools that work for some people to more easily control the amount they eat.14 -

It's a great tool for someone like me who just prefers to skip breakfast a lot of days. The worst that can happen if you try it is that you don't like it and try something else. Best of luck with your goals.7 -
I have been doing it for the past month… The past two weeks I have also been doing it the five 5:2 diet where you eat normal for like five days and then any two days you pick you can really lower your calorie intake… I did really good with weight loss on it ( I have trouble losing even a pound between my age and only half a thyroid) I had some trouble with constipation so I may try doing that maybe just every other week or so0
