Can someone recommend a good eye cream for allergy issues

I work a lot and due to allergies I also have trouble sleeping. I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good eye cream to help me not look like a zombie with dark circles and puffiness. I've tried The ordinary caffeine %5 serum but that doesn't seem to help at all. Im going to an allergist next week to see if I should get on the allgery shots.

Just wondering if anyone suffers from it and could recommend something that isn't coverup.
