Morning everyone!
Happy Saturday! If you're like me, the weekends are really difficult for you to stay on track. My advice is to just do the best that you can and if you over do it a little bit, then try to do something active to counter balance those calories. Let's make it a goal to do something active this weekend! What is everyone planning on doing for exercise today?
Also, here is an article I found on WebMD about weight-loss mistakes that I think is really helpful.

Thanks for the inspiration. Holidays (and weekends) are so hard for me!!! If I take off 20 pounds by Thanksgiving I will be so happy!!! Thanks again!0

20 lbs in 9 weeks will pretty much be impossible for me, so I'm not going to aim for something that aggressive. But 10 lbs, I could totally see that happening. Today's activity...two hours of synchronized skating.0

I did a Firm Express workout video this morning, but it doesnt feel like enough so I might go on a walk later after I get done working. I am going to try to just eat lots of vegetables and fruit today for lunch because my family is getting together at my parents so I know there will be tons of goodies that I shouldn't eat!

I'll be cleaning most of the day...tis the weekend. I always do at least a little on the elliptical. My husband plays in a community soft ball league on Saturday afternoons, I'm going to put the girls in the stroller and walk the long way to the field and back. About 2 miles. I'm going to have to think of something to do tomorrow.0

There are 8 1/2 weeks until Thanksgiving and my birthday weekend. My first mini goal is to be in Onederland - about 18lbs to go.
I'm doing 30DS and will attempt to fit in cardio as well.0 -
I hope that the weather will be fine tomorrow so I can go bycicling for an hour.0

I competed a 4 mile run/walk in our city.0

Im walking 3 miles tonight and going to ride my bike15 miles tomorrow morning and probably walk again tomorrow night.

I am at baseball tournaments all weekend. I get my exercise in by literally sprinting about 3 tenths of a mile to the bathroom and back so I don't miss any of the games. I drank plenty of ater so i made at least 8 trips (16 sprints).
I resisted the urge to go for fast food between the games and ate the yogurt with granola i packed. Hopefully tomorrow goes just as well!0
