Good Morning Everyone! :drinker:

I am a "my fitness pal" newb. I have logged in for 5 days in a row... WOOT! I added the app to my phone and so far so good. I think twice before I eat something and I log in everything I eat and drink. I hope to become more active. My overall goal is to lose 50 lbs by Feb. 22, 2012 (or before :wink: ) So if anyone has similar goals feel free to send me a friend invite.

  • Good for you! Welcome to the MyFitnessPal family. I'm still kind of a newbie, in that, I just started this summer (mid-August). I was doing great logging in every day, but then I started back to work and got busy. This is the first time I've been on in weeks. I need to have more friend like you encouraging me to lose the 95 lbs. that I have to lose. If you could befriend me, that would be awesome! ;-)
