    I feel mentally checked out between mid-June and October. Going to be another exciting season! Hope the Devs can get their act together from the start.

    On the ice it's twice as nice!

    Canucks fan here.
    But I am also a fan of the lightning, NY Islanders, Flyers, and the Kings.
    I get the NHL center ice package and try to watch those teams as much as possible.

    Actually I went to one last year but I was way too hammered and sat in my seat for about 2 minutes.
    It was edmonton vs. colorado.
    Man I was loaded.

    Dave I don't know if I should be optimistic for the flyers this year or not. Stellar goal tending but giving up richards and carter? I don't know man.. I don't know...

    I almost had tickets to the Flyers vs Devils preseason game next thursday, but I'm going on vacation! All this hockey talk is making me reconsider lol

    Yeah it's going to be a weird year. The hope is that guys like Giroux, Briere, and Van Reimsdyk step up their scoring production from last year. Jagr should still be able to post 20 goals or so (had one last night).. It might be a rough start until they can get some chemistry.

    I'm the first to admit to being a Maple Leafs fan! Living in the UK so don't see the games. Watch all the highlights on TSN though.
