what am I doing wrong? I know that I can't burn 6803 calories doing 30 minutes of weight training!

LOL! That is a little off! What tool are you using to count calories burned?

If you got that from MFP, sounds like you've entered a dodgy weight when you last measured your weight.

I don't trust theirs. I either use a HRM or another website for my cal #s.

When I entered how many minutes I had exercised, that's the number that populated.

Check your weight. Go to My Home, Check In, and see what your weight is. If it is off, enter your correct weight. My guess is there is a decimal that got dropped. So instead of say 175.4, it says 1754. Thst's just an example, but I think that is what has happened.
