It's been awhile...but I'm back at it!

I used to be in prime condition, 105 pounds, all muscle and walked 5 miles everyday. Then, I had a bad accident in 2015 and the pandemic hit, and I'm starting all over again. I'm up to 140 pounds, and feel tired all of the time. So, my goal is to lose 10 pounds-at least by my birthday-2 1/2 months or so away. I walked 15,000 steps yesterday. I've been using the Pacer app, not sure if it's accurately tracking because I feel like I walked more than that and it doesn't track speed. So, here I am everyone! Starting again LOL
