Hi all,

I'm Ellie from UK.
I am 45 years old, married and we have 3 teenage boys.

I am just looking for friends who has similar amount of weight to loose.
I started at 238lbs and curently I weigh 229lbs.
I am getting there :blush:

    Hiyaa!! I've recently lost 7kg through Intermittent fasting. I hope to lose another 6-7kg to reach my goal
