Day 1 consisted of my fit test and wow, it was difficult, way more difficult that I was expecting it to be. Anyone else just starting? Any tips?

I am an Insanity grad and my advice is to stick to it. Month two will be even harder at first but you will love it probably!!!! Keep pressing play and just do your best at it. It really does pay off!0
