NSV- 3 Month Runner

Options
Today is my 3-month Anniversary of becoming a "runner". On 6/24, I jogged to the end of my street and had to stop. This morning I jogged 6.5 miles in 1:10. Thanks to everyone on MFP for the encouragement and inspiration!!

Woah, in four months I went from walking to running a 5k at a crawl of 12 mins a mile, haha! I see this and think, "Hmm. Maybe I can push a bit harder!"

    Nice work! Inspiring!

Thanks for the inspiration. I am by no means a "runner" yet. However, I am working on it. I remember not being able to run more than 3 driveways..now, I'm running a whole block.

    Thanks for the new perspective!
