Not sure if I’m on the right track

I’m a 30 year old Asian female. I’m 160cm tall and currently weigh 54.2kg (lost around 3kg in the last month by cutting out on carb, incorporating more protein into my diet, and working out regularly.) My goal is to lose another 4kg in the next 5 weeks by doing the same thing I did in the last 30 days - and I just wanted to know if losing 3-4kg per month is “healthy” for me, considering my current body measurements… any thoughts/opinions?

You're already at a decent bodyweight for your height. 3kg would be aggressive based on your weight right now. I don't think you have to lose any more, but just possible work on recomping instead if a fit body is what you're trying to achieve as a goal.

When you only have a little to lose, it's good to slow the rate of loss down. For one thing, that allows you to eat close to maintenance, so that level of calories becomes more sustainable over the long term. When you lose quickly, you regain quickly.

In any case, since you lost weight by cutting carbs, be aware that if you start eating more carbs, you will likely see a short term weight gain. Carbs cause your body to hold on to water. This is normal and not a bad thing, but it can be a bit of a shock to find a sudden 2-3 lb. gain after eating more carbs.

Agreeing that 3-4 kg / 6.6 - 8.8 lbs per month is too aggressive for your stats. (5'3" / 119 pounds.)

At your weight, a half pound per week may not even happen, but it is a more sustainable goal:

And like niner said, recomping might be something to consider.
