Where are the arrows some times they are there but other times they aren't. WHY?

    Might help if you gave us more context, to understand what you're asking precisely? The only arrows I know of are at the top of the diary?

    I am wondering if you might be referring to the red circle with the white "-" sign to the far right of each food listed in the Food Diary. This allows you to delete a food from your FOOD DIARY. I find that this is often missing. MY SOLUTION: On an iMac, Go to SAFARI at the top of your computer screen > CLEAR HISTORY > 1 HOUR. REOPEN MFP and the Red Circle with the "-" sign will now be there.
