    I work rotating 12 hour shifts 06:30 to 18:30 and back and forth from days to nights. I work a modified DuPont schedule. 4 night shifts 3 days off, 3 days shifts 1 day off, 3 night shifts 3 days off, 4 day shifts 7 days off then repeat.

    Been working night shift almost 14 years now, 8 hour shifts on Mondays thru Fridays, & 12 hour shifts every other week, it took a while to get use to it, the worst thing about it is the nights I have off I want to be awake most of the night, ..

    I work swing so it's a little different I go in at 4:30 p.m. get off at 1:30 a.m. but don't go to sleep till around usually 4 a.m. so it's kind of like swings
