Getting Closer

After having my second child and becoming a stay at home mom, my weight slowly started working it's way up. I was about 160 lbs. and depressed last January when I decided I needed to do something about it. Since then I've been trying to eat healthier and few calories, running, and doing different dvds at home. I'm down to about 130 now and getting ready to start another round of Insanity to try to work on the last pounds I want to lose. I'm hoping posting these pictures will help keep me accountable (so I can eventually post even better ones lol) and help keep me motivated.

I didn't take my first picture until I was already down to 146, now I wish I had just made myself take one earlier. The "current" ones were taken the other day at about 130.

  • Great job! You are doing amazing and I can totally see a huge difference between the two pics. Have you already done the insanity to get where you are now or are you trying it for the first time? Im just finishing the 30ds and was looking for something new to try, but i dont know about insanity......it looks insane for lack of a better word. Not sure I would be able to keep you since i found 30ds so hard.

Thanks. I did Insanity once. I actually did 30 Day Shred before I did running and I think it helped me a lot. Insanity is definitely tough, but it's a lot mental, just not letting yourself quit.
