Is it still advisable if I'm just maintaining? If yes how many window hours are allowed to eat? I easily gain pounds back so I just need the right or any way to maintain. Thanks in advance and God bless. πŸ’–πŸ’•πŸ’–

    as long as your overall weekly calories keep you at maintenance then it’s fine. Eating windows and meal timing is a matter of choice only.

    The way I do intermittent fasting is to fast for 17.5 hours and my eating period is 7.5 hours. How it actually plays out is when I break my fast I eat a high protein bar and then nothing until my evening meal at about 6.00 or 6.15pm. Once a week or two weeks I do a 24 hour fast. My goal is to lose weight so I build into it a calorie deficit. I’m about 3-4kg away from my goal weight so I anticipate a maintenance regime will be very similar to what I’m currently doing but I’ll reduce the calorie deficit. All the best!

    It's my 4th day doing IF. Window time to eat is 12 noon to 8 pm. But before 6 pm no more solid food for me. Only water until 12 noon again the following day. I weigh today and lost 4 lbs and I'm sure it's water weight.
