nsv - 24 hour walk

This week i completed...a 24 hour walk!!!

no relays or anything like that, purely 24hours of non stop walking,

i have a daughter with Rett Syndrome(it's a neurological condition that affects mobility, speech and basically makes little girls totally reliant on others for everything) so myself and my husband, and my brother decided to do something unique to raise money for the charity RSAUK

it was long, painful and hard, but while my brother dropped out after 7 hours and my husband dropped out just an hour before the finish, i not only completed it, but i ran the last 2 miles!!!

i am so proud that i was the one to finish, no way could i have done it a year ago!

we managed to raise over £1200 so far and are still taking in donations, so every agonising step has been so worth it!
