Wegovy newbies

Hi all,
I left and now I'm back. I lost nearly 30 lbs with Qsymia and good diet, tracking then I stopped tracking and gained weight back. I've just started Wegovy this week and have little to no appetite. That's good but I'm only consuming between 500 - 700 calories a day and that doesn't feel good either. Does anyone have some good food ideas? I can't wait until I'm in this for a few weeks to see how this settles but right now, it's just unsettling.

Have you tried meal replacements or protein drinks? That low of calories is starting yourself off for a repeat of lose and gain.1

I agree with the no appetite plus I feel queasy a few days per week. I'm starting to try a fight back strategy, but what I have so far is:
**Vanilla whey protein powder plus low fat or no fat fairlife milk (more nutrients according to my dietician) I'm vegetarian so any way to get big protein is my first attempt.
**Watermelon. I love watermelon so so much. Navel oranges are also pretty good. Crisp gala apples. Seedless red grapes. If I weren't already married, I'd be an activist for fruit & human civic unions.
**Salt. We don't have a lot of junk food on the house. So boiled egg with salt, avocado with salt... You get it.

You have to eat even if you're not hungry, use a tracking app to consume enough calories.
