when to eat?

okay so i work in a bowling alley doing kid parties on the weekends... i love it, the only problem is that i will usually be doing two parties in a row, which means i will not have time for a break. so oftentimes i go for 6 or so hours without eating, my shifts are usually like 11-5 as well, should i eat a bigger brekkie or snack after work or what?

HELP!?

    Hey,
    I totally feel your pain! I am in school right now and on Tue/Thurs I leave the house at 7am, and come home at 8:30pm. I always pack lunch, dinner, and 3 snacks.

    lunch is usually a salad with some kind of meat, or leftovers from last nights dinner
    dinner-whatever is easy to make
    for snacks I do carrots, an apple, pear, celery w/ peanut butter, yogurt, watermelon, almonds w/ raisins, little things I can munch on while in class.

    Hope that helps a little, I know it can really be hard to eat healthy with a busy schedule. Keep it up!

    Maybe you can make a protein shake and drink it quickly between parties. Just something that will fill you a bit to hold you over until you can eat. Otherwise I would have a light snack before my shift and maybe after.
