Exercising While Injured

Hi,
I injured my ankle and can't do anything standing. I want to be active, but I don't know what to do
There is no swimming pool near me and I don't know of any other no impact exercise. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

There are exercise videos on YouTube for wheelchair athletes, some of which appear fairly vigorous. Of course, quite a few strength training exercises can be done seated. Some gyms might have an arm bike - there's a public outdoor workout space in my city that has one, even.2

I've never actually used them, but I've seen videos for seniors with seated cardio. Maybe it wouldn't be challenging enough for you if you're in good shape except for the injury, but you might try searching for that on YouTube or any streaming services you use, or just a general Internet search engine.
Or check your local public library for either DVDs or online assets for seated or floor exercises (if you're nimble enough to get down and up with the injury).

There's also tai chi and qi gong, which you can do seated. And chair yoga.0
