    Hi I'm from Essex/London, i've lost a stone so far and looking for ideas to keep going. I work out 3-4 times a week which is a combination of resistance and HIIT, I also do boxing circuits and looking to get back into yoga. I'm doing the 5:2 diet but generally try to keep the calories down most days. I'm also a follower of Dr David Agus and follow his guidance for a healthy life. Looking forward to my glass of red wine tonight!
