Bit late to the party this month. had a few days annual leave and thats where i fill in this.
May 1st. travelled home from a weekend away, think my food was ok, didnt go to the gym but did walk my dogs
May 2nd Walked the dogs and did a spinning class in the evening. pottered about all day at home
May 3rd. Long walk and a gym session
May 4th. Long walk and gym. eating is on point
May 5th 141lbs. happy as had a very foodie weekend. Long walk and gym
May 6th Spinning class and walk
May 7th, session in the gym, spinning and a walk with the dogs. celebrated the coronation!
May 8th 139lbs, In the next stone bracket, so pleased. Hope i can keep it going
May9th Back to work...booo. Walked my dogs early. Hoping to keep the momentum going. Spinning class this evening.
May 10th... Spoke to soon, got up feeling horrendous, sick and light headed, almost fainted in the shower. Tried to eat a biscuit and couldnt get it down. made it into work but i may have to leave early... ugh I'm never ill usually
May11th Yesterday was horrendous, left work at lunch time, went straight to bed and didnt get up until this morning../Feeling much better today though.
walked my dogs went to work, walked on my lunch break, gym later.
May 12th Walked, walked and walked some more. Gym in the evening
May 13th Did my second inbody scan. Fat mass has gone down and muscle has gone up a tiny bit. Happy with that. Spinning in the morning, walked my dogs. Pottered about all day, went food shopping.
May 14th Walked the dogs, worked my back in the gym and did a spinning class. Took my girls to IKea for the afternoon. Then walked the dogs again in the evening. Busy day
May 15th. Walked my dogs. Will walk at lunch. This evening i have a zoom call with a fitness coach. Hoping he can help me on my way to a bit more muscle and less fat.
May 16th. Walked my dogs, will walk at lunch and spinning this evening. The suns out in the uk, its lovely!
May 17th. Aunt flo is back again...i feel like a lead weight, very heavy and bloated... ugh

May 19th Walked my dogs, quick small walk at lunch as it was raining. Had a night off the gym. Still chugging that water...and peeing for england
May 20th 138lbs. I did a spinning class first thing, then had lots of jobs to do at home. Walked my dogs 3 miles too
May 21st I did my first weight session with my coach. It was hard, much harder than i have been doing up to now. I did a spinning class after. Went food shopping, walked my dogs, had a bbq for tea, did some meal prep.
May 22nd 137lbs. 1 more lb and ive lost 2 stone. Walked my dogs will walk at lunch and its leg day at the gym.

Bit late to the party this month. had a few days annual leave and thats where i fill in this.
May 1st. travelled home from a weekend away, think my food was ok, didnt go to the gym but did walk my dogs
May 2nd Walked the dogs and did a spinning class in the evening. pottered about all day at home
May 3rd. Long walk and a gym session
May 4th. Long walk and gym. eating is on point
May 5th 141lbs. happy as had a very foodie weekend. Long walk and gym
May 6th Spinning class and walk
May 7th, session in the gym, spinning and a walk with the dogs. celebrated the coronation!
May 8th 139lbs, In the next stone bracket, so pleased. Hope i can keep it going
May9th Back to work...booo. Walked my dogs early. Hoping to keep the momentum going. Spinning class this evening.
May 10th... Spoke to soon, got up feeling horrendous, sick and light headed, almost fainted in the shower. Tried to eat a biscuit and couldnt get it down. made it into work but i may have to leave early... ugh I'm never ill usually
May11th Yesterday was horrendous, left work at lunch time, went straight to bed and didnt get up until this morning../Feeling much better today though.
walked my dogs went to work, walked on my lunch break, gym later.
May 12th Walked, walked and walked some more. Gym in the evening
May 13th Did my second inbody scan. Fat mass has gone down and muscle has gone up a tiny bit. Happy with that. Spinning in the morning, walked my dogs. Pottered about all day, went food shopping.
May 14th Walked the dogs, worked my back in the gym and did a spinning class. Took my girls to IKea for the afternoon. Then walked the dogs again in the evening. Busy day
May 15th. Walked my dogs. Will walk at lunch. This evening i have a zoom call with a fitness coach. Hoping he can help me on my way to a bit more muscle and less fat.
May 16th. Walked my dogs, will walk at lunch and spinning this evening. The suns out in the uk, its lovely!
May 17th. Aunt flo is back again...i feel like a lead weight, very heavy and bloated... ugh
Walked my dogs this morning, will go again at lunch and then undecided about the gym later, might need a rest day.
May 18th. I did go to the gym last night, glad i did to. Walked my dogs this morning and walked at lunch. Gym later. have been trying todrink more as per my coaches advice, havent had my usual mid after noon slump yet... maybe its helping
May 19th Walked my dogs, quick small walk at lunch as it was raining. Had a night off the gym. Still chugging that water...and peeing for england
May 20th 138lbs. I did a spinning class first thing, then had lots of jobs to do at home. Walked my dogs 3 miles too
May 21st I did my first weight session with my coach. It was hard, much harder than i have been doing up to now. I did a spinning class after. Went food shopping, walked my dogs, had a bbq for tea, did some meal prep.
May 22nd 137lbs. 1 more lb and ive lost 2 stone. Walked my dogs will walk at lunch and its leg day at the gym
May 23rd Feel like ive been beaten up, i ache in places i didnt know could ache! Walked the dogs, walked at lunch, have eaten to my calories, protein is on the up. Will go to the gym later and an early night i think
May 24th Stayed on plan, went to the gym, walked for 1 hour total.
May 25th Again stayed on plan, went to the gym, walked ate well
May 26th Rested that day, went to see a show with my friend
may 27th Spinning in the morning, walked my dogs and had a bbq at a friends house
May 28th. Went to the gym, did spinning and a weights session. Worked hard, walked my dogs. Went to see a band at the local pub, had pizza
May 29th Went to the gym, pottered about all day, ate well
May 30th. Back to work, walked twice and went to the gym
May31st Walked the dogs, walked at lunch, spinning this evening

This was a great month. I've simply been eating 1800 calories a day. Lifting weights on Friday. Completing my applewatch 3 circles the other days. Lost exactly what I wanted to lose this month, a solid 5 lbs, and didn't have to fight hard to do it. My plan is to do the exact same next month.0 -
