    Yum - but NO clear 'white'.

    Soft cooked eg served in an eggcup and eaten with salt, pepper, butter. [But PLEASE do not go to war over which end of the egg to cut!]

    Yum (re: sunny side up, I agree the white must be fully opaque. Only this year did I learn the best trick in achieving that: add a little water to the pan and then cover it. The steam cooks the white.)

    Oklahoma is landlocked. To us fish is fried catfish or canned tuna. In the last few years we've discovered salmon. But mussels? That is some kind of ocean food isn't it?

    Depends - I don't like veggie burgers like 'impossible meat' burgers - I don't like the taste of meat and don't want my burgers to taste like it either. Quite like veggie burgers (mushroom/chick pea etc.,)
