Hi All,
I'm back on the app at my heaviest weight. I have been struggling to find time for myself and I decided that I need to just make it priority. I feel like I always have zero energy and just walking is a struggle now. I need to feel healthy and alone again not only for myself but for my kids too. I would love an accountability buddy. If anyone is in the area please reach out and we can keep each other accountable and talk about our struggles. I know getting started is hard and that's been my struggle. I can get past doing anything for longer than a week. I want this time to be successful!

You can do this! Just be 1% better every day. I read that in a good book. "Atomic Habits". Check it out. Don't rely on the scale to measure progress. Take your time, change a few habits and then your lifestyle can change. I was at my heaviest too and am gradually taking weight off. I'm in no hurry. Give myself a year to change my eating and exercise lifestyle and then see results.0
