Weight won't change

I'm 58 and having been strength training for about 3 years now as well as walk. Although I am stronger than I've ever been I'm frustrated because my weight just goes up and down with the same 3 pounds. My problem is snacking in the afternoon, so I am trying different ideas now. I would love to l9se these last 10 pounds or so!

I am nearly 65. I am overweight because of snacking. My meals are healthy, well portioned, but I am a snacker (grazer). It is only when I control my snacks that I lose weight. I do cardio and strength training as well, but it is not enough to compensate for the snacking. For me it is planning and allowing for my snacks AND logging them, not taking a bit of this and a bit of that and not counting it "because it was only a little bit."0
