Hi there. I'm Kasha, 24 and trying to lose the weight in a healthy way. I've been using this site for almost a week now and I have already noticed that I'm starting to pay better attention to what I eat and I started exercising again for the first time in a year. Tried a few other sites but this one seems to work the best for me, and reading the posts throughout the forum has shown me that there are a lot of nice and hard-working people on here. And that's a good thing.
