    Truish, I do want to lose 20 lbs or less, but I wouldn't mind if I lost more! But 20 lbs would get me to a weight I think I can be happy with -- at about 25% body fat, which is good but not excellent for my age/gender.

    TNP wants to hike/walk/run (you pick) a half marathon (~13.1 miles) sometime soon
