MY NEEDS:
Please send me your "SW" (starting weight) after weighing yourself first thing in the morning Sun/25th or Mon/26th..before your first meal/beverage. EVERYONE must send ME their SW individually by Monday the 26th. Thanks!
WEIGHT TRACKING and WHO TO REPORT TO: Every Monday, you'll report your lost/gained/unchanged pounds to your Team Leader. You may report anything, down to a quarter of a pound, to keep things simple: .25 (¼ a lb) or .50 (½ a pound) 1 (full) pound, etc.... all acceptable increments.
Please report to your designated Team Leader, your pounds lost for the week.

GOALS: Every week your team has the same goal: To lose the most weight (pounds) of all the groups!!!!!!! I'll rank groups based on pounds lost/gained. We are shooting for a HEALTHY 1-2 pounds per week.
FIRST WEEK'S GOAL: Sept 26th thru Oct 3rd, stay focused on your eating and exercise, and push to lose 1-2 lbs. --- GET TO KNOW YOUR TEAMS! These are your sisters in weight loss for the next 9 weeks! Each week I'll create a new concept/theme/challenge, but for this week, I just want you guys to GET to KNOW each other and GET PUMPED!
WEIGH-INS:
You don't have to weigh yourself differently than you already do, except it needs to be done Mondays for the update. Weigh yourself in the morning, before eating, and nude if possible.
GROUP UPDATES:
For all weekly team updates, I'll post on myfitnesspal.com: (click “Community”, then find the, “Motivational and Support” section, and look for “SKINNY BY SUMMER OR SOONER!” *closed group*
On lovelystatic.weebly.com, I'll write motivational and inspirational encouragement.These posts are for EVERYONE, regardless of the team you're on. Please feel free to comment or write to me- Your positive feedback is a blessing and encourages me too!

9 weeks of tracking, that could lead us to losing 9-18 lbs! I cant wait!!! Sept 26th- Nov 28th!
OPTIONAL 1st steps toward success: (You dont have to but these are encouraged!)
1-- Change your password on myfitnesspal.com (and elsewhere!) to something INSPIRING. If your password is “EZFP33” change it to “Imhealthynow” or something else positive that you have to 'think' every time you type it. I recently changed ALL my passwords to something positive and LET ME TELL YOU: every ounce of positivity helps!!!
2- Change your goal 'ticker' so its counting BACKWARDS..... to how many pounds you have remaining to lose. The mind has a hard time grasping “Ugh I have this much LEFT TO DO,” verses thinking, “Wow! Only ___ lbs to go!” Doing this in my business and fitness has improved my accomplishment level. It makes the burden of effort ahead seem lighter. Check out my ticker if you need to see what I mean to understand!
3-Learn to train your thoughts. NO insulting yourself. EVER. I dont care what it takes!! Even if you aren’t at a place where you can replace negative thoughts with something like “Im beautiful and I deserve to be fit!”.....at least DONT let your mind say things like “Im ugly, Im fat, I'll never hit my goals.” etc. THIS IS NOT the mindset you need to get fit, ladies. I promise you, negative thoughts are the beginning of negative words, which are the beginning of NEGATIVE ACTIONS which lead to NEGATIVE results.
Battles are won or lost in your mind, so START THERE and MAKE CHANGE. ONLY POSITIVE THOUGHTS ALLOWED! Even joking with yourself is not good: Your subconscious mind does NOT know the difference between positive and negative: Your subconscious mind, the part of you that determines everything: Only recognizes this: INFORMATION. DATA. KNOWLEDGE. So, instead of kiddingly saying, “Ha ha, I look fat in this outfit.” How about saying “IM gorgeous and I eat right and Im getting fitter because of my great choices!”
Positive thoughts
>Positive words
> Positive Actions
>= POSITIVE RESULTS!
4- Im ending the list here. Do whatever works for you, and work it! Give it your all, and lets lose some weight with our teams and see who kicks the most BUTT!
