Hi, recently I have decided to get in shape and build my body strength and energy. I started tennis after a year long break and have been doing body weight workouts at home. If you have any advice I would love to hear it!!!

Yeah keep momentum. Give yourself time to learn , but do enough so you feel an oomph that makes you want to do it again and makes it easier next time.0
