Are you trying to gain weight in this venture or just maintain weight?0

There is no muscle gain setting. It's either lose weight, maintain, or gain weight.0

I'm kinda in the same spot, musclemama. I've accomplished my weight loss goal and now would like to stay the same weight and add muscle - some body recomposition. I've decided to set my calorie goal to a slight deficit, and then work the macros to support my increased protein intake. At 6'4", and 184 lbs. this morning, I could afford to gain a little weight, but no way am I going to "bulk" or add any of that fat back.0
