Carb Goal - a ridiculous question (maybe!)

My intake goals are currently set to Carbs 40 / Protein 30 / Fat 30

When I log exercise my Carb goal seems to increase (but doesn't for the others).

Obviously I understand the needing extra carbs to fuel workouts etc but if I eat them does this mean the percentage of carbs I have eaten increases, or like calories do they get "burnt off" with exercise.

It's not something that bothers me or is affecting me in any way- I am just curious & slightly confused!

    I just looked at your food diary. They are all changing with exercise. Look at Saturday (with exercise) and Sunday (no exercise).

    I just checked yesterday's numbers in my food diary and all 3 macros - carbs, protein and fat were increased when exercise was added. :smile:

    Yes I've noticed this too. I was over my carb goal yesterday until I had logged my exercise.
