Life After WW

Hello 👋 how many of us are here after leaving WW? Or double tracking with WW?
Me? I’m the one who keeps going back to WW then feeling extremely restricted so I come back here. Any ideas on making the final break from WW be greatly appreciated.
Today I’m starting a new journey. I’m not super worried about the number on the scale. Right now I’m embarking on trying to get rid of some inflammation and working on fixing an apparent leaky gut. I’m doing this with my holistic/homeopathic dr.
I thought about starting Whole30 and eliminating some foods deemed to be irritable but, we did just do a food sensitivity test so I’m waiting for those results to come back.
I’m going to adding bone broth to my diet. I’m hearing good things about it. Any feedback from this community would be fabulous!
Personal stuff: hi, my name is Angela, I’m 52 years old, married with adult children and teenage grandchildren. I became a grandma at the age 33 six days before my 34th birthday. I live in a rural dairy farming community in southern Idaho and I have 4 cats. (Or do they have me?🤷🏼‍♀️)
There you have it, would love to have some support and give some support on this never ending journey

Right here! Since I couldn't go to the meetings during covid I totally failed with them. Decided to try this out! Years ago this app worked great l but it was when it was just starting out and was a pain in the butt to log food because most was not in the database. I love all the new features it has now.

I think WW is a great tool for someone who has never dieted for weight control in the past; or who has had no instruction in nutrition. So, it has it's place.

Why don't you join Fat2Fit here on MFP? It's a nice group. They will be having July registration soon.
