It is never healthy to skip meals. It slows down your metabolism. I need the sweets and stuff too. I don't deny myself anything. I account for the calories and don't allow myself to go over.
If I need 100 calories of chocolate I budget in those calories and do some type of exercise to burn them if need be.
If you deny yourself the things you crave I find that you go overboard or fall off the wagon.
Are you trying to lose the weight too fast?
These are just things to ponder. Hope this helps0 -
No cause that has got to be the Unhealthiest diet I've seen in a long time, You need to EAT to lose weight. Its about what you put in, and what you do to take it back out...... 13kg or 28.6 lbs is not an over night loss. You need to accept that first, Starvation is not the cure thats the next thing you need to accept.
Weight loss will happen with a healthy and controlled diet. Fruits, Veggies, Proteins, Vits and Minerals are all key items you need to focus around. Do the research and you'll find a plan that works, but only you can choose to stick to it.
On the upside though, congratulations on taking the first steps to correcting and being accountable for your eating habits :-)0 -
You are the only one who can do for you, but I will say don't worry. It will get better. Making a lifestyle change is a commitment and it is ok if you move gradually toward your goals. In the beginning, I would eat twizzlers, LOTS of twizzlers every night before bed. I would log them. I knew eating them wasn't good and wasn't healthy, but I would log them anyway. After a week or two when I was enjoying my healthy foods so much I didn't need the junk food anymore. I haven't had a twizzler and have no desire to. Occasionally, I eat cheetos (another favorite junk food) but most of my day is fruits, vegetables, whole grain breads, lean meats and dairy. The best part of it is I love ALL of my food, and I can stick with it for a lifetime. So here's what I ask you, are you working on a diet or a lifestyle change? Do whatever is right for you, but know that if it is a lifestyle change it needs to be something you can stick with. Good luck to you!! I know you will do great, whatever your plans.0

You're not getting enough protein or vitamins with that diet hon. Also, the chocolate in the morning will just give you a sugar rush (and crash). You don't need chocolate for concentration. That sounds like an excuse to eat yummy chocolate. Try to add some yogurt to your breakfast, or eggs. You need to eat dinner and a better lunch too. Treats like chocolate are ok, I eat it too from time to time. But not as part of my breakfast. Add more vegetables and fruits. Have more protein too (eggs, chicken or other meat, nuts).0
