Multiple Diet Issues

I’m having problems finding the best combination of multiple types of diets. The IC diet for interstitial cystitis (low acid), dairy free which is part of the most difficult part, the low FODMAP diet, and a healthy diet to lose a few more pounds and maintain that. The FODMAP diet could maybe be a little easier if food labels would show some type of information on the nutrition label, like they show for other things like calories, fats, protein, etc. There are so many delicious and healthy foods that are high FODMAP.

I don’t know how to tag anything or what to tag. I also have no idea what a BBC code is.

Ok... fodmap should be done with a registered dietitian. What part of the diet are you on? Step 1?
I ate for a month nothing else than 4 things.
    Cauliflower
    rice pudding
groundbeef from a butcher(no additives at all)
    and potatoes. Boiled.
It did calm down the ibs, i stopped throwing up. Stool returned to solid. Weightloss stopped.
I found my culprit the day I was allowed to add 1 food. I took a Dutch snack. Ontbijtkoek. It was loaded with what I expected to be my trigger. Glucosesirup. So I started checking labels.... groundbeef from supermarket contained it. Coffeecreamer contained it. All sweets. All chocolate. Fodmap should not be a long term thing. Eat from scratch while calming down the guts. I checked labels for a good year, I still get a bellyache after consuming food loaded with it. Some I can get away with. I reintroduced all food I could think off in the first year. Lactose I am fine with. Fructose I am fine with. Glucose(corn) bad idea. And I don't eat whole grain. Tried it several times but I just don't digest them and It makes me bloated.

To combine this with low acid/reduced potassium. Ehmm. Gets really restricted. For sure no vinegar, tomatoes, banana. On FODMAP after step 4 you could restrict again, and reintroduce 1 by 1. Difference bowel/bladder. Bladder gives symptoms after 2 hours. Bowels can take 48 hours.
