Hello I'm a beginner and don't know anything about how to eat healthy what weights I use and I'm just lost and I really want to bulk up can any body help on what I should eat and what exercises I should do?

We need a lot more data, height, weight, age, sex... I would also head over to the bodybuilding section and check out the stickies. In general, the big things from a training perspective is to follow a structured routine and maybe do a few sessions with a trainer1
