My starting weight was 230 lbs
This moring I weight in 207lbs but my stomach still looks big
Is it cause I still need to loose more weight to see change. Or eat a bit of more healthy foods such as organic or more greens?

How tall are you? You may need to lose weight unless you are very tall, or you may just need to tighten up what you have. Do you do any weight lifting?1

I do not do any weightlifting
At the moment I just walk
I'm willing to do weightlifting until I get out the 200s0 -

At 5'4", your stomach is probably going to keep looking big until you have lost a lot more weight. However, how old are you? Is it possible you are still growing?
I recommend never stop weightlifting / body weight exercises. Why stop after only 8 pounds?1 -
At your weight you will need to be lower in order to see major changes. The leaner you get, the more dramatic a, say 20 lb loss will be.
You’ve made good progress so keep at it and be patient. Weightlifting is something everyone should do. It isn’t a big calorie burner however it has a multitude of other benefits.
As you get lighter you require fewer calories so if your loss stops for more than a few weeks you’ll need to lower weekly calories or step up activity or a combo of both. When it comes down to it, diet is the driving force behind weightloss, meaning keeping calories low enough to continue to lose until you hit your goal weight.
Prioritize lean protein and veggies and minimize ultra processed foods, alcohol and liquid calories.1 -

You'll need to lose more weight. Fat will deplete as you do that, but it will be in an unpredictable order. For many of us, the last of the belly fat is last off.
You may find that working on strength (lifting, for example) is a help to better overall appearance along the way. You may find that improving your posture is a help to better appearance, too. (Sometimes our body fat or inactivity has pulled our body shape into poor alignment.)
On the flip side, you may find that you feel like you look a little worse on the way to your final goal weight, because for most of us the fatty-areas get squishy/droopy before they deplete and look slimmer/better. Don't let that get you down. It will be better at goal weight, and even better still a few months into maintaining that goal weight, if your experience is typical.

For weight management and fitness both . . . there is no "done". If we stop working to improve - however gradually - we decline.
Health, healthy weight, fitness, adequate nutrition: Forever endeavors.
Try to find habits you can keep up forever: Ideally habits you enjoy, or at least find tolerable and practical.0 -

How longs it took so far since you started your journey?
Walking is really good for you and you'll burn calories doing so. Depending on the distance you are walking
Adding more food no matter what it is is counter productive
Maybe take some measurements also. Arms, thighs, hips, waist and tummy0
