Hello all. I’m just starting my weight loss journey. Any tips for me are welcomed. I have torn the meniscus in both knees and have bursitis in my shoulder. All from playing pickleball where I was just starting my exercise routine. But my knees couldn’t sustain my weight.

Ouch! Vibes for quick healing! I personally do best getting plenty of protein with each meal. I aim for 25-30g per meal. It helps keep me full and satisfied longer causing me to snack less and eat less at each meal. Greek yogurt with berries. Or eggs and lean meats. Of course plenty of veggies, starchy veggies too and fresh fruit. I don't shy away from carbs. It's about what you put on the carb, then the carb itself. Good luck!0
