So, not really 100% new to fitness but a long time spent away from the lifestyle due to some changes in life (tends to happen) well, here I am, trying to get back at it and get the mindset and discipline back in gear. I’m 37, father, husband and lacking of time. I plan on doing cardio right when I wake up in the mornings and light weight work in the evenings until I get used to it before lifting the difficulty curve back to what I used to do 7-8 years ago
