Hi everyone, I am new here. I have been losing some weight on WW but kept hitting a rock. Now I am ready to shed the rest of my unwanted weight.

Your brief introduction sounds exactly like me. I found myself in a plateau for months following my same WW points. When I came back to MFP to get a better view of my calories and macro, I found out how dependent I am on the point system. I’ll track in MFP and still stress over knowing the points. I can’t pay WW what I’m paying for the rest of my life, so I came back her on a quest for something my sustainable and less expensive. Now I’m on a low carb (not keto) journey to get the weight loss moving again. If you are interested, let’s follow!0
