Hi everybody! My name is Lara and I am very new to this website. I started tracking my calories about three days ago when I finally decided that enough was enough and I WAS going to lose 30 pounds! I was quite shocked at how many calories were in some of the foods that I was eating and I've had to really change my grocery list, but I can already feel a difference. I have more energy today than I did yesterday and I hope it's not a coincidence:) I'm sure I'll have days where I "slip", but as long as there are more good days than bad...I'm ok with that!

    welcome to this web site, I am addicted to it, It has been very helpful to me and help me lose over 30 pounds. I log everything I eat and all my exercise. it's easy to do. Add me as a friend if you like, it's more fun with friends.
