Allulose is NOT a sugar alcohol!

Since it is not deducted from total carbs in your app net carbs for any product containing allulose will NOT be correct. Why can't allulose be added as a nutrient and then set to deduct from total carbs just like fiber and sugar alcohols? I'm stuck creating new foods to get the correct net carbs because allulose is not counted or deducted. PLEASE FIX THIS!

I'm in the same predicament. I unfortunately paid for this app but I also have cronometer and I think I'm going back. This is too important to me and although I don't expect perfection, my life is depending on me getting these as close to right as possible abd while I'm sure the myfitnesspal app could care less about my life because it's a business and they have my money already... I CARE so no problem.. If this is not something they want to implement so be it. Moving on. Thanks for the memories.0

I am just about done with this app. The web version won't sync with the mobile app and I am so fed up I cannot stand it anymore. This app is basically useless! You keep asking for things to be added or fixed and the response is always the same - "we will send the request to our team". GIVE ME A BREAK ALREADY! So now I have to start all over again with another product. THIS NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!0
